Bell said Chucky L. Laster, 30, of Rockford, was charged with pandering and driving with a revoked or suspended license, while Thomas W. Evans, 22, of St. Paul, was charged with pandering and possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana.

All are free on bond, Bell said.

The arrests took place between 1:30 and 6:15 p.m. Thursday, but Bell would not say where they were made.

He said members of Naperville's Special Operations Group monitored websites and then arranged meetings with the suspects.
