Ghost author to speak at Books Between Bites

Batavia’s Books Between Bites program welcomes local award-winning author Donna Latham from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 19, at Batavia Public Library.

Author of “Ghosts of the Fox River Valley” and “Ghosts of Interstate 90,” Latham will tell shivery tales from these books and share the area’s history that inspired her works. The books will be available for sale at the program.

Latham has written dozens of books for children and a number of plays. More information about the author can be found on her website, donnalatham.com.

The public is welcomed to this free, hourlong program held in the community room at the Batavia Public Library, 10 S. Batavia Ave. Parking is available in the lot just south and adjacent to the library.

People are invited to bring their lunch to eat as they enjoy the presentation and discussion. Food and beverages are available for sale at 10 South Coffee House, located in the library. Lunch can also be pre-ordered and available for pickup just before the program by calling (630) 406-8870.
