D128 committee to talk projects:
The Libertyville-Vernon Hills Area High School District’s facilities and finance committee will meet Monday, April 9, to discuss bid proposals for several projects, including the installation of artificial turf at Vernon Hills High’s football stadium. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the Libertyville High library, 708 W. Park Ave.
