Arlington Hts. Park District plans soccer meeting
The Arlington Heights Park District Board will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Administration Center, 410 N. Arlington Heights Road to discuss the transitional agreement with Elite Soccer.
The district and the company are parting ways after 14 years. About 200 people attended a park board meeting last week, protesting the loss of the Elite coaches.
On Friday, the two groups announced an agreement under which the district’s teams will have the same coaches this spring as last fall.
