An autopsy conducted on 37-year-old Jersey K. Green of Aurora, who died Monday night while in Aurora police custody, showed no signs of trauma and did not reveal his cause of death, authorities said Thursday.
The Kane County coronerís office said toxicology samples from Greenís body have been sent to a lab for analysis. His cause of death is unclear pending toxicology test results, the coronerís office said.
Green was Tasered by Aurora police Monday night after they said he acted wildly and jumped on cars. While receiving medical care in an ambulance, he spit out a bag containing a substance that appeared consistent with crack cocaine, authorities said.
