Get an early taste of spring at Addison Trail High Schoolís 40th annual flower show.
The event begins at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at the school, 213 N. Lombard Road.
The show features design demonstrations by local florists including Addison Floral and Dís Flowers of Addison, Stylish Stems of Oak Brook, Westgate Flowers of Oak Park and Chuck Altman of Round Lake Beach, as well as work by Addison Trail horticulture students.
Students dressed in formalwear parade the creations through the audience; afterward, all arrangements and centerpieces are raffled off to ticketholders.
Admission is $8, $6 for seniors. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the school or at the door.
