Nursing home resident Anibal Calderon died last month from a brain injury. His death came two days after he was assaulted by a younger resident who had a history of aggressive behavior.

Arnold says state inspectors will go back to the nursing home within 60 days to make sure the facility's plan for staff training and other improvement is working.

Calderon's family has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the nursing home.
