Citizens for Conservation to hold 41st annual meeting

Citizens for Conservation (CFC) the Barrington-based nonprofit, will hold its 41st annual meeting Wednesday, March 14, at the Barrington Area Library, 505 N. Northwest Hwy. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a networking hour and Flint Creek Wildlife Rehabilitation live birds.

The program, beginning at 7 p.m., features keynote speaker John Vanderpoel’s reflections on his near record-breaking “Big Year” of birding in 2011. Additional highlights include a visual year in review, achievement awards and light refreshments

All members and potential members are welcome to attend. To make a reservation call CFC headquarters at 847-382- SAVE (7283) by Monday, March 12.
