Wine-tasting fundraiser in Grayslake

Grayslake Rotary is sponsoring its inaugural Uncorked Wine Tasting event from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the Byron Colby Barn in the village’s Prairie Crossing subdivision. The wine tasting will raise money for community projects for this year.

“We are excited to sponsor this event which will help us raise the funds necessary to help provide food to the Avon Township Food Pantry, offer scholarships to local Grayslake students and help eradicate polio around the globe,” says Grayslake Rotary member Gregory Koeppen.

Tickets are $25 each and include wine tasting, appetizers, live music and a chance to bid on the silent auction items. Tickets may be purchased by contacting Koeppen at (847) 223-6506 and will be available at the door the night of the event.
