Elect a CPA as County Board Chairman

As a professional accountant, a CPA understands financial reporting and can provide reports on cost-saving measures that will benefit county taxpayers in the months and years ahead. A CPA as county board chairman will provide: analysis of financial ratios to identify cost-saving measures; performance measures used in the allocation of budgeted resources; disclosure of all county funds for accountability and transparency to citizens; compensation guidelines applicable to all offices and departments; involvement of elected finance officials in the county budget approval process; critical review of proposed federal and state grant funding agreements; and procedures for limiting liability and reducing litigation exposure.

Chris Lauzen is the only CPA candidate for Kane County Board Chairman in the Republican primary on March 20. For a county government leader dedicated to protecting taxpayer dollars, please join me in voting for Chris Lauzen as the Republican nominee for County Board Chairman on March 20.
