Brown will share his insights into the decision-making process to split the 83-year-old company, its reinvention and branding, and why he believes listening to outside sources matter.

Motorola Solutions is a major employer in the Chicago area, with about 5,000 workers at its Schaumburg headquarters.

“Greg is a dynamic speaker and leader; The Executives’ Club’s Board and membership are excited to have him share his perspective on developing and driving a performance-basedculture”, said Melissa Bean, president and CEO of The Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Last year, Brown was appointed by President Obama to the President’s Management Advisory Board as well as to the Skills for America’s Future Board. Prior to joining Motorola, Brown was chairman and CEO of Micromuse Inc. and president of Ameritech Custom Business Services and Ameritech New Media Inc.

Deloitte is the platinum series sponsor of The Executives’ Club’s CEO Breakfast series. The Executives’ Club also is pleased to have gold level sponsorship from CBRE and silver level sponsorship from JPMorgan, which makes its programming possible.
