Susan Neustrom, the executive director of JUST, a nonprofit organization that brings education, addiction recovery, spiritual support and hope to immates of the DuPage County jail, has her own inspirational story to tell. A high school dropout, she rose to become assistant vice president of a bank before passing her GED test at age 48 and going on to earn a doctorate.
