Juan Rivera walked out of Stateville Correctional Center in Crest Hill a free man after spending nearly 20 years behind bars for the 1992 rape and murder of Eleven-year-old babysitter Holly Staker. A reversal of his murder conviction went unchallenged , paving the way for his release.
