What to watch: It’s the first meeting between the two teams since Nov. 19 in Edmonton, when the Oilers spanked the Hawks 9-2. They have been headed in opposite directions since that night, the Hawks going 12-4-1 while the Oilers have won just three of their last 15. The Oilers have dropped seven straight on the road to fall to 13th in the Western Conference after a great start.
