About this Article

I hate, hate, hate needles. I can hardly think of anything I hate more. I can't sleep a week before the free flu shot at work. I faint at the sight of them. They terrify me. So why am I going to an acupuncturist? It appears there's one thing I love more than I hate needles: running.
