I’m such a holiday music junkie, I’ll put my “Christmas at the Pops” CD in my car stereo in July.
But even I think Nov. 1 is too early for the continuous loop of carols on some Chicago-area radio stations, especially if the same 30 or so songs make up the rotation. It’s Dec. 9, and the novelty has worn off.
