The skinny: It wasn't the most feared opponent in college basketball, but UIC got in the win column Wednesday with a 59-42 victory over Roosevelt. Senior center Darrin Williams scored a career-high 18 points, to go with 12 rebounds. Quincy, which plays in Division II, won its home opener against Hannibal-LaGrange.
