Cultural council hosts poetry workshop in Palatine

The Northwest Cultural Council has moved its poetry workshop back a week, rescheduling the event to 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 15 at the Palatine Public Library District, 700 N. North Court, Palatine.

Author Larry Janowski will discuss death and the poet. Poets and writers are invited to attend and encouraged to bring 12 copies of their own work to share with the group. The cost is $15 and reservations are requested.
