Brazil’s oil regulator, known as ANP, will fine Royal Dutch Shell Plc, AP Moeller-Maersk A/S, Galp Energia SGPS SA and Sonangol SA a combined 50 million reais because of failure to meet requirements to use locally manufactured equipment.
