Sports Shed benefit:

The annual Sports Shed benefit is 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 at Viper Alley, Milwaukee Avenue and Aptakisic Road, Lincolnshire. The venue has 17 big screen TVs to watch the Bears and Packers game. Food, drinks, dessert, raffles and a silent auction are available to benefit the Sports Shed, which provides sporting equipment to kids in low-income areas. Various packages are available: Safety Package: $40 includes appetizers, food, dessert and soft drinks; Field Goal Package: $55 same as the safety package plus two bar drink tickets and two raffle tickets; Touchdown package: $75 includes unlimited bar drinks, five raffle tickets and gambling chips.
