VeloCom deploys Tellabs SmartCore 9100 series

NAPERVILLE — VeloCom, a mobile service provider in Buenos Aires, Argentina, selected the Tellabs SmartCore 9100 series to support its WiMAX wireless network.

VeloCom chose Tellabs to help provide broadband wireless connectivity to its subscribers, with reliable service and a scalable platform that enables growth over time.

WxBR, a local partner specialized in advanced wireless broadband solutions, helped with network deployment. WXBR joined Tellabs partnership program through the Wichorus acquisition.
