Inline skating rink reopens at Naperville park

A renovated inline skating rink and refurbished basketball courts have reopened at the DuPage River Sports Complex, 2807 S. Washington St., Naperville, park district officials said.

A porous concrete subsurface at the inline rink will help filter stormwater, officials said, and improve the water quality of the DuPage River.

The renovations were part of the district’s regular schedule of capital improvements and maintenance. Crews already had painted and repaired the park’s tennis courts.
