Koeppen appointments:

Gregory Koeppen, executive director of the Lake County Farm Bureau, recently was appointed as a commissioner on the Grayslake Fire Protection District board. He also has joined the Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau’s board as a director. Koeppen, who’s been with the Lake County Farm Bureau since 1998, is a Grayslake resident. He also serves as vice chairman of the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals. “I believe it’s important for individuals to step up and serve on these boards in order to make Grayslake and Lake County an even better place to live and work,” he said. “We have so much to offer residents and tourists.” Koeppen is a former Prospect Heights alderman who was elected at a record-setting age of 19.
