What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Pasta, in any way combined with fresh veggies, meat, or seafood, and with a variety of made-from-scratch sauces.

Describe your style or approach to cooking. Since I was a kid, I've watched my mom cook. I love to cook and I like to eat a good, fresh and homemade meal. Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I like to share my knowledge and I like to learn new techniques and skills in preparing and presenting new dishes.
