What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Lime. Citrus is the spark that lights up just about any recipe. I use lime in place of lemon in salads, marinades and garnish. Anyone that knows me can easily answer that question about me as well. Cate? She loves lime!

Describe your style or approach to cooking. Simple, easy and fresh. Rarely measure, go on instinct. Imaginative and creative using the freshest most beautiful ingredients.

Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? All my friends and family say I should have my own cooking show. I love to cook; it’s my way of showing people that they are special to me. Nothing makes me happier than cooking for people; it is my true bliss. I love sharing my passion for food and cooking with everyone and happily share my recipes, hints and tips.
