Police were tipped off by an anonymous source that Olga's Massage, 1111 W. Dundee Road No. 104, was engaged in prostitution and began to investigate. An undercover officer made a massage appointment and determined that sexual services were also being offered.

Evginia Malova, 22, of the 600 block of Rosedale Avenue in Chicago, was arrested Tuesday on one charge of felony prostitution. The charge was strengthened because the crime occurred within 1,000 feet of a school, according to a release from Wheeling Deputy Police Chief John Teevens.

Malova's bail was set at $3,000 on Wednesday.

According to police, Olga's Massage had not obtained a business license from the village of Wheeling to operate.
