Describe your style or approach to cooking. Cooking is like performing chemistry. There are many recipe trials and failures, but when you get it right, it’s one for the books. Cooking food that people enjoy to eat is my purpose. If you want your plate dressed for visual purposes, call an artist.

Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? People tell me I have a natural talent. This would be a great opportunity for me to find out if I should pursue using my recipes and passion to serve the greater public.
