The village of West Dundee and the Rotary Club of Dundee Township are seeking contestants for the fourth annual "Smokin' Hot Chili Cook-Off," an annual fundraiser for the Rotary Club.

Taking place Sunday, Sept. 18, in Grafelman Park in West Dundee as part of the Heritage Fest celebration, the Chili Cook-Off is a friendly competition open to all -- individuals, businesses and organizations.

Participation is limited to the first eight teams who submit a completed registration form and $20 registration fee.

The public will vote for the Best Smokin' Hot Chili and Best Smokin' Hot Booth decoration to benefit Rotary charities.

Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded.
