Brugioni’s 4 assists lift Lakes

Lakes 6, Maine East 5: Scott Brugioni set a school record with 4 assists, giving him five in two games, as the Eagles won the high-scoring match.

Lakes (2-0) got 2 goals from Jon Stanley and single tallies from Lucas Istvanek, Alan Johnson, Morgan Hannum and Trevor Ray. Jon Brozick and Istvanek also had assists for the Eagles.

Zach Labrum earned the shutout with a 6-save effort.

Stevenson 2, Niles North 2: At Glenbrook South, Stevenson got goals from Joseph Hugener and Robby Thomashow. Constatine Kuhlman and Jake Wallack notched assists for the Patriots.
