Pfister on state health council:

The Lake County Health Department’s Mark Pfister was recently selected to be an at-large member of the 15-member executive council for the Illinois Public Health Association. The association, which represents nearly 7,000 members and 90 public health agencies throughout the state, is devoted to improve the health of residents in Illinois through leadership in advancement of the practice of public health. Pfister is the health department’s director of population health services. Pfister, a resident of Lindenhurst, has worked 20 years with the Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center.
