Fundraiser to aid Ronald McDonald House

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Lombard Office is holding a fundraising noncompetitive 5K run-walk for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana on Sunday, Sept. 18, at Madison Meadow Park in Lombard.

The proceeds will benefit the Toy Room at the new Ronald McDonald House located at 211 E. Grand Ave. in Streeterville. The new house, called “Skyline Oasis,” is scheduled to open the summer of 2012.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., the run begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 9 a.m. The cost is $20 per person; those who register by Sept. 10 to receive a T-shirt.
