Perus’s Castilla says crisis in northern hemisphere, not south

Peruvian Finance Minister Miguel Castilla said that the economic crisis is in the Northern Hemisphere, not the Southern Hemisphere.

Castilla, speaking at a regional meeting of finance officials in Lima today, also said that members of the Unasur bloc will seek to increase trade within the group.
