Sikich introduces subscription-based HR consulting service

AURORA — Sikich LLP, a nationally recognized public accounting and business advisory firm, introduces a subscription based Human Resource and Consulting service.

The service gives subscribers access to seasoned HR professionals who help clients deal with a variety of human resource issues and employee relations’ challenges. Each client is assigned a designated contact who typically has more than 12 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries. This individual will effectively become part of the client’s HR team, tuned in to their issues and concerns.

“The complexity of employment law continues to challenge organizations of all sizes. We frequently receive calls from organizations seeking practical pointers on how recent regulatory changes affect them. Our subscription service is designed to allow our clients to budget an amount for HR services and feel confident they will have assistance to respond to new regulatory challenges and establishing good employee relations’ practices,” said Karen Sanchez, partner-in-charge, human resources & employee benefits, Sikich LLP.

Subscriptions can be tailored to meet the specific needs of organizations, with a set number of hours/research time per quarter. Also included with subscriptions is a monthly email communication filled with valuable operational information, interactive webinars focused on hot topics in the HR world, and access to a password protected section of the Sikich website which includes short videos on key HR topics, past webinars, and a form/resource library.
