According to police reports, a woman noticed that a man was following her around a Walmart in Mount Prospect and became nervous. When she was in the health and beauty department, the man bent down as if to tie his shoe, but another person saw him point a camera under the woman's dress, police said. The person notified the woman and police were contacted.

Kitamura was arrested around 7:30 p.m. July 22 at Walmart, 930 Mount Prospect Plaza, Rand and Central roads.
