East Dundee preschool has new fall openings

Parents of preschoolers have a late summer opportunity for registering their little ones at Immanuel East Dundee’s preschool. Additional spots have been opened for the upcoming school year for both PK3 and PK4.

Immanuel’s Preschool gives its students a kindergarten-readiness curriculum, with a focus on growing socially, academically and spiritually. Licensed teachers work with teacher’s aides in each class, keeping the student to adult ratio at 7:1 or less.

Students enjoy special times for science and music weekly. During the year, parents and children attend special events, such as the annual Preschool Program, Father’s Night and an Animal Assembly.

For parents who need child care, the school offers Extended Care from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. school days. Many parents use this option and are able to utilize the service full-time, part-time or on an as-needed basis. Extended Care is staffed with caring, qualified workers and offers students times for crafts, free play, snack and rest time.

Immanuel Lutheran School is at 310 E. Main St. in East Dundee and serves students in grades PK3 to eighth grade.
