The Citizens Utility Board will hold a free Utility Bill Checkup at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at Schaumburg Township District Library, Rasmussen South meeting room, 130 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. CUB representatives will discuss how consumers can cut their electric, natural gas, and phone bills by hundreds of dollars a year.
