Buffalo Grove announces National Night Out plans

Buffalo Grove will celebrate National Night Out 5-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, at Willow Park South on Old Checker Road. Attractions will include games and free hot dogs, chips and drinks while supplies last.

The police and fire departments will be present and there will be a nonperishable food drive to restock local food pantries of the Northwest Suburban Interfaith Council. The Buffalo Grove Police Traffic Unit will have a trailer it would like to fill with food by the end of the night.
