Free concert in Round Lake Beach

The Illinois Brass Band will perform a free community concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21 at the Cultural & Civic Center of Round Lake Beach. The 30-person band has a sound that entertains all ages. Bring a chair or blanket and picnic snacks and a beverage. In case of extreme heat, the event will be moved to the indoor stage. The civic center is off Hook Drive behind Regal Cinemas on Rollins Road and behind the Home Depot on Route 83.
