All Hail the Kale Salad

2-3 bunches of kale, torn into bite-size pieces

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 medium chopped red onion

5 cloves finely chopped garlic

2-3 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Cayenne pepper, to taste

Toss the kale leaves in a bowl with olive oil to coat evenly. Add onion, garlic, Bragg Liquid Aminos and nutritional yeast; season with cayenne pepper to taste. Toss to incorporate. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

Serves six to eight.
