COHO Swim Club makes Illinois Top 10 List

Coho Swim Club Head Coach Nancy Reese congratulates the eleven Coho swimmers who made the Illinois Swimming Top Ten list for the 2010-2011 Short Course Yard season (September-March).

GIRLS:

Age 13 - Lauren Kurzydlo 1000 free (10th)

Age 13 - Ruby Powell 100 back (4th), 200 back (7th)

Age 15 - Barbra Brottman 400 IM (1st), 200 IM (4th), 1650 free (4th), 200 free (6th), 500 free (7th), 200 fly (7th)

Age 16 - Hayley Levin 200 fly (8th)

Age 16 - Alexis Melchiorre 50 free (7th)

BOYS:

Age 11 - Judd Fishman 200 back (6th), 200 fly (8th)

Age 12 - Evan Fischoff 50 breast (6th)

Age 12 - Chris Kearney 100 breast (4th), 50 breast (5th), 50 free (5th), 100 free (5th), 200 breast (7th), 100 IM (8th)

Reese adds, “Nationally, Ryan Smith's 50 fly time was the 16th fastest and his 100 fly time was the 19th fastest posted in the country for 12 year old boys. The 11-12 boys 400 Medley Relay team of Judd Fishman, Chris Kearney, Ryan Smith, and Evan Fischoff also posted the 20th fastest time in the country!
