SBA welcomes new VP of operations

Deborah Nelson recently joined the staff of the Schaumburg Business Association as vice president of operations.

In that role, Nelson will work to innovate and implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and strengthen the SBA’s value for its more than 600 members who are connecting and growing their businesses through the organization.

Before joining the SBA, Nelson wrote and implemented strategic plans for membership organizations across the U.S., with clients as diverse as The Art Institute of Chicago, Duke University and the Santa Barbara Zoo.
