Empire Today expands to three Ohio cities

NORTHLAKE -- Empire Today, a national leader in the installed home improvements and home furnishings industry, will expand its services into the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio areas.

Empire Today, commonly known as Empire Carpet, services over 45 major metropolitan markets across the United States and is a full-service provider of Empire carpet, flooring and window treatments for the residential and commercial business segments. Empire has been servicing the Cleveland area for more than seven years, and also Toledo.

“We are very excited to expand our services into the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus areas,” said Steve Silvers, chief executive officer for Empire Today. “This increased coverage area allows us the opportunity to provide our quality, name-brand products and our next day installation service to substantially more customers in the state of Ohio.”

In 2011 and 2010, Empire Today was a finalist for the national awards for Best Customer Service Organization and Best Overall Company from the American Business Awards. As a Better Business Bureau accredited organization, Empire has an A+ rating.
