Did you ever think about becoming a superintendent? Well, here is someone who loves his job! Dr. Prosise, a superintendent at Diamond Lake School District 76, works with principals and administrators to help improve schools. He does this job because, "Students are important and they need excellent schools."

He says this job may be hard but sometimes it is fun, never easy though.

"I still love my job, but sometimes it is frustrating," Dr. Prosise says.

The job keeps him busy. There is almost always a meeting in the evening. He never remembered giving up in his job but he did get frustrated.

And this is the advice he is giving to people who are looking to become a superintendent: "Do a good job in your current job, learn about the district, and understand why you want to be a superintendent."
