Hoffman Estates trustee earns recognition for his other job

Hoffman Estates Trustee Raymond Kincaid never has to fret about air travel.

Kincaid and his wife, Sally, have run S.A.L. Travel for more than 25 years.

It’s not unusual for Kincaid to jump on a flight right after a board meeting or be reached for comment on a village issue while traveling.

The agency recently earned the All Star Agency Award, which recognizes high sales. Sally Kincaid is excited by the award.

“Ray and I are honored to receive this award and enjoy having a storefront business in our hometown of Hoffman Estates where we have lived for 34 years,” she wrote.

Sally said one of the most fun things about her job is to see children tagging along on family vacations, and then as adult taking their own children on family vacations.

The agency is one of five in the Midwest Agents Selling Travel network, or MAST, which earned the award this year.
