3 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

2 cups sliced strawberries

cup blueberries

1 teaspoon cinnamon

cup sliced almonds

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix gently. Spoon 1 cup of yogurt parfait into 4 serving dishes.

Serves four.

Nutrition values per serving: 221 calories, 4 g fat (trace amount saturated), 28 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 19 g protein, 223 mg calcium.
