State Rep. Carol Sente, 59th district, is hosting a town-hall meeting 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at the Wheeling Park District, 333 W. Dundee Road, Wheeling to discuss Illinois' budget priorities. The Vernon Hills Democrat says the state needs to re-evaluate its priorities to pass a balanced budget to meet essential needs. She also will host a coffee shop stop from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, April 23, at Starbucks, Route 60 and Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills.
