Daily Herald report

The 24th annual Student Art Festival is scheduled for Friday, April 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Antioch High School, 1133 Main St. The event is sponsored by the General Federation of Women's Clubs-Antioch Woman's Club.

Toni Leprich from Antioch High School, who is the coordinator of the festival, said the Student Art Festival is important because it gives students a chance "to showcase their work. That doesn't always happen unless there is a conference art show, which has a limit of 50 pieces."
