Sente meeting with constituents

State Rep. Carol Sente will host two events for constituents on Saturday, April 2. The first is a coffee stop shop at 9 a.m. at Starbuck’s, 1240 E. Route 45, Vernon Hills. A Senior Citizens Advisory Committee meeting follows from 10 to 11 a.m. at Sente’s new district office, 430 N. Milwaukee Ave., Suite 8, Lincolnshire. Constituents with questions about consumer fraud, senior abuse or other matters or who are interested in joining the advisory committee can contact the constituent office (847) 478-9909 or email RepSente@gmail.com. Sente is co-sponsor of House Bill 1689 to help protect aging residents from those who would take advantage of them, as well as House Bill 2020 that would require the state to investigate reports of abuse at a senior’s residence, even if the senior has moved and is no longer subject to the abuser.
