Palatine Jaycees to hold dueling pianos fundraiser March 18

Nonprofit organizations — especially those that have been serving a community for decades — often struggle to keep their fundraisers fresh.

The Palatine Jaycees figure one way to combine a fun night with a good cause is with dueling pianos, which they hope will have potential donors singing, cheering, dancing and laughing.

Check out the event from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. Friday, March 18, at Hotel Indigo, 920 W. Northwest Highway, Palatine.

The night will benefit the Jaycees, which provides financial assistance to multiple nonprofit groups in the area, and the domestic violence agency WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger).

There will be appetizers and a cash bar. Proceeds from a silent auction will go exclusively to WINGS.
