Angry at Bassi over end to free rides

It was none other than our own Suzie Bassi who spearheaded legislation to eliminate the Seniors Ride Free benefit here in the Chicago area.

I just want Suzie to know that I, along with many of my senior cronies, will remember her tireless campaign to cancel this program. Our reaction to her ill-advised lobbying on this issue will be evident at the voting booth the very next time she applies for election to the legislature.

All of us seniors turn out to vote and all of us seniors have a good enough memory.
